The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas were fully remodeled in 2023, complete with brand-new sofas and chairs. The chef’s kitchen features sleek counters and high-quality appliances, while a large flat-screen TV anchors the bright and airy gathering space—perfect for enjoying ocean views indoors and out.
Sandpiper’s Nest offers three bedrooms and three full baths:
Primary Suite (oceanfront): King bed, desk, Smart TV, and newly renovated 2024 bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity, and private water closet.
Junior Suite: Vaulted ceiling, queen bed, built-ins, dresser, and full bath with tub/shower combo.
Guest Room: Two twins plus a trundle, with a hall bath just outside.
Step outdoors to discover a spacious deck with dining for six under a screened gazebo, a high-top table, loungers, and a private fire pit for evenings under the stars. A putting green offers fun for the whole family, while the fenced yard is perfect for children and pets. This was our families second stay at Sandpipers Nest. It has excellent, quick access to the beach. We have rented several beach houses in Ponte Vedra and this one is the best stocked of them all. It seemed everything we needed we would find in a kitchen drawer. This beach house has a lot of bar space in the kitchen which works out great if you cook a lot at the beach house. Also, the kitchen is very nice! The TV’s we used worked fine and had great pictures. We have went to Ponte Vedra now six years in a row and this will be one we look at in years to come. For the second time we loved our stay at Sandpipers Nest!!
