About this house rental
Our Upper unit features an open kitchen and dining area, flooded with natural light by all of the surrounding windows. There is a nice outdoor balcony off of the front, with a high table, chairs, and a lounger. The two spacious bedrooms (each with a Queen bed) also have a tub/shower bathroom in between. The shared Heated Pool is just downstairs with a shared outdoor area with tons of seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down.

Lovely experience! Fully (!!!) equipped modern apartment in a the tranquil northern part of Clearwater Beach. Pool and BBQ area was perfect and the beach - with a very private feel - was a 3 min walk away. Access to nature beach walks.

Well appointed, clean and so close to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach cart. Made the day at the beach all that more enjoyable. the unit is bright and comfortable. Nice size bathroom and bedrooms. Truly one minute to the beach.

Very clean. It is cozy, especially the kitchen (no dishwasher) but for our short stay it was fine.
