Your home away from home in Watertown with 4 bedrooms. This fantastic house offers plenty of space for families or groups, featuring 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, a child bed, and a sofa bed. Guests enjoy 2 bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. It offers a big double decker screened in deck that allows you to enjoy fresh air or the lake 24 hours a day. It’s located inside the marina that provides protection from wind or weather and access to the main lake by boat or jet ski . Has 2 docks that can be used to fish or tie up boats or water toys. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or gathering with loved ones, this wonderful spot provides a nice balance of comfort and space. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Check in process was easy and the property owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our visit, which was greatly appreciated. There was also plenty of bedding provided to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. Cleanliness of the property was a little disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed several areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, instead looked very rush cleaned with crumbs left on counter tops, & other odds and ends shoved in closets however we made due. The Bay Area lake front out back of the house was very pretty & almost always calm. The back deck had numerous screws poking up so hopefully future renters keep an eye on that. The grill on the back deck looks usable until you open it and see the cooking grates have rusted off & not even a place to cook on top, luckily we did bring our Blackstone to use for the weekend.Over all the house itself was nice, would stay again if opportunity ever came back up.
