Experience the triad like a local in this BRAND NEW 4-bedroom house.
This is a beautiful property at an affordable price! We designed this cottage with affordability in mind, but we also made sure to not cut any corners. You'll be hard pressed to find anything this nice for this price. It is our goal to provide a brand new, super clean space with just the right amount of frills and a southern charm to make you feel at home, but to also keep it at a reasonable size where you can't afford to NOT stay here!
With 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom upstairs (both with beautiful private bathrooms) and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs, this is a great stop for business travel or families.
This house was just completed in October of 2025 and boasts all the amenities to make your stay complete.
We are in a perfect location to access anywhere in the piedmont triad. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Thomasville, 20 minutes from High Point and Salisbury, and 30 minutes from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or Asheboro.
With beautiful views from each bedroom, you'll find it easy to relax in this rural setting but convenient to great restaurants and the trendy small town downtown vibe that can be found in beautifully re-vitalized downtown Lexington.

lovely new cottage, friendly hosts (and cows!), well-appointed kitchen and baths. very soft mattresses and very thick pillows (not my preference, but some might appreciate it). We'd stay here again!

This ‘cottage’ is perfect. We are just a ‘couple’ staying while visiting family over Easter BUT if you have a family, or girls get-a-way, there is plenty of room. The house was cute, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again when we are in the area.
