The property is a unit in a wonderful historical building just 10 minutes walk from the famous Breakers hotel. It's beautifully decorated, with lovely touches like beach towels and a generous, complimentary tray of teas, coffees and treats. The building has a pool and a small library. We even got a free parking space which was a real perk in Palm Beach. The owner of the unit is lovely - super friendly and helpful. It's close to a Publix supermarket which was also very handy. I couldn't recommend this unit more highly.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, communication with the host was easy and responsive, and I felt it offered great value for the price. The room was well furnished and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The only issue I encountered was that the bathroom water didn’t heat up properly. Fortunately, the weather was very hot, so warm/cool showers weren’t a big inconvenience for me. I informed the host, who responded promptly and even offered to arrange maintenance. Since my stay was short, I decided not to have the issue addressed during my visit.
