離車站很近，淡路町站上來走一下就到了，去JR神田站也很快。附近很多超商，也有藥妝店（甚至還有24小時的），感覺當地居民比較多，逛起來比較舒服。
三個人住，行李箱勉強都能打開～房間內有洗衣機，在夏天真的蠻加分的！
我們去的時候剛好馬桶漏水還沒修好（店家有在入住後告知）。check in時間是16:00，無法先提前寄放行李。

The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities listed in the description. It was easy to find, and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with many Konbini within walking distance. There are 2 train lines from Kanda station, and all these are accessible from various entry points close by, around 6min walk. Akihabara is within walking distance and there are many food, drink and drug stores along the walk. The Imperial Palace grounds are also a nice 25min walk away.
The room itself was excellent value and suited our family of 3 well, having a microwave, vacuum and washer/dryer combo in the room was so helpful - particularly for travelling with a toddler. The small balcony was also nice to have fresh air circulate the room on cooler evenings.
Communication from the owner/manager was excellent and very quick, I asked many stupid questions and was met with a quick and friendly response every time.

Skvělá lokalita. Hezky zařízený a čistý pokoj.
Self check in přes internet je lehký. Hotel vám pošle kód jak se dostat do hotelu, už vám ale nenapíše číslo pokoje. Musela jsem je kontaktovat aby mi napsali číslo mého pokoje, když jsme se snažili ubytovat.
