This stay was a highlight of my trip to Japan! The house itself is charming and so clean, with a gorgeous view of the castle from the bedroom window. Masa (my host) not only picked me up from the bus station, but also helped me troubleshoot getting to my next destination when there were issues with the schedule. I can not say enough wonderful things about this stay. If you are in Gujo I highly recommend staying here. My only regret was not staying longer!

The friendly host met us at the property, gave us a walk through, and was very helpful providing tips on the good places to visit and eat. This was a great location in the old part of Gujo Haichiman. Short walk to some spectacular locations on the river, and surrounded by artisens and restaurants.
No complaints.
