Very close to the bus station. The hotel is modern, the room was spotless and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful.

The staff was wonderful. The room very comfortable and spacious. We love the automatic toilet seat! The location was excellent, right next to Mt. Fuji station. It is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There is a shopping mall and a grocery inside Mt. Fuji station. Super convenient to buy anything you need.
Although it was raining everyday we were there, we did see Mt. Fuji from our window one morning. It was spectacular! It's also less overrun with tourists. We actually love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area. We would definitely come back and stay at Fuji Toriigate again.
The breakfast gets boring if you are there longer than 3 days. The hotel only had 3 choices for daily breakfast. 2 of those choices were hot dogs! They were very tasty but not something we would considered as breakfast food. Just something to be aware of if you book the room with breakfast included.
