The place was lovely. a few things not quite right but the people at Booking.com and the Real estate people next door sorted it all out.
It was just a lovely stay at. a very comfortable place.
Just a problem getting in and a beeping smoke alarm, but the way it was sorted and the very professional and pleasent
way people responded really made up for any minor inconvenience. It is a lovely place, and the help given was patient , professional and very helpful.

This property is a Kmart Showroom, and does not deliver effortless comfort. Yes, the location is exceptional, but there were no coffee pods or milk for the coffee machine, the cleaning wasn't great and one of the double beds was falling down with 1/2 of the slatted base out of position.
It is not a hotel, does not have hotel service or problem resolution, yet charges hotel prices.
The pillows were uncomfortable, the TV lacked operating instructions and wasn't able to be used for free to air, the kitchen was under equipped, missing kitchen paper and a cloth to wipe the worktop.
As to having to put the trash out and where the recycling bin was, we will never know!
There were no coffee pods. When we contacted Airkeeper, they directed us to a half used open jar of instant Woolworths coffee and some paper sachets, and unwrapped teabags. The hosts would not deliver the coffee pods or milk for the tea/coffee maker.
The house manual didn't work until we asked Airkeeper to resolve it, and even then there were no TV instructions.
The tiny ordinary products in the shower were accompanied by someone's leftover shampoo bottles.
