Escape to our one-of-a-kind property and you`ll feel like you`ve entered a different world. Our hobbit/earth homes are whimsical and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and stunning views as you relax on our private beach or take a paddle boat out on the stocked pond. Spend your days exploring the trails, playing frisbee golf or soaking up the sun at one of our fire pit areas.
It`s not just the unique accommodations that make this place special, it`s the whole experience. Our mini goats add to the charm and will surely make you smile. Disconnect from the hustle and bustle and truly immerse yourself in the peacefulness of nature. This is a place where memories are made and worries are left behind. Book your stay at our hobbit/earth homes and experience a truly unforgettable vacation.
1. For your safety there is no climbing on the homes.
2. We love a safe environment so no drugs or smoking allowed in homes or other areas. There is a designated outside non drug smoking section
3. Please respect your neighbors with noise and kindness
4. Owners Pool by owners house is not included for use
5. No extra guests allowed that were not included at booking.
6. Service dogs with legitimate proof and with deposit allowed but…. No support animals
7. Enjoy and have fun!
8. No feeding the goats any type of anything except for the goat food provided for you. Thank you they are mini’s and their stomachs are super sensitive for some reason

Hidden gem - perfect getaway for myself and my three boys. Very close to Medoc Mountain State Park and plenty to do on the property to keep three high-energy boys occupied. Quiet and secluded! We did a day trip to Sylvin Heights Bird Park as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!
