Check-out: 10:00 PM
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
🚫 No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, loud parties, and organized events are strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement 25 to book this unit. Parking is $42 for each pass purchased via card at the office Unit 106 A. Policies: Rental agreement and $300 refundable security deposit required (processed by host).

Condo as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 4 year old. Right on the beach. Would stay here again.

Well our door kept locking us out of our room.. We couldn't get in our room when we first got there. The maintenance person had to come and let us in. Left us a key to the door so we could get in. Incase our code didn't work again. Come to find out the key didn't work either.
