About this cabin rental
WELCOME to Higher Ground-calm vibes, unreal views & "off grid luxe" feels. Unplug (just a little), connect with nature & elevate your stay. Panoramic mountain views, expansive mountainside deck, screened in porch, stocked coffee/tea bar & numerous comforts are at your fingertips. With two tranquil bedroom areas featuring a loft room with large TV & king bed and a downstairs bedroom with an elevated twin bed, comfort is effortless. Add an open living room area with large TV, kitchen table, workspace and plenty of space to relax or work. A rainwater catchment system provides clean/clear water! A NEMA 1450 charger is available for your convenience and use ($15 per day/charging cord and/or cable not included).
20 minutes to Franklin, 30 minutes to Bryson & Cherokee, a 55 minute cruise to Asheville & proximity to numerous waterfalls, hiking destinations and outdoor getaways-adventure, food and fun await you.

*We provide a thoughtful starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For longer stays or additional needs, we recommend bringing extra items or picking up supplies locally.
*Home has security light facing the driveway, security camera on left side of property facing driveway and security camera on right side of property. A ring door bell is attached to screen door.
*Mandatory $25 fee for unbagged trash in outside can.
*Mandatory $25 fee if grill not cleaned after use.)

We had the most fabulous time staying at your tiny cabin. Everything was perfect. We really love the deck and the screened in porch.The view was amazing. Thank you for sharing.

The cabin was very easy to get to- no need for AWD and not a long journey from the main road. I was greeting by butterflies who were visiting the wildflowers growing along the parking area and could watch them from the screened in porch! The cabin is very cute and cozy with a lovely view that faces East, so you are greeted by the sun on the mountains in the morning. The shower feels great after a day of hiking with no hot water issues, the kitchen has tools you need to make simple meals, the bed is very comfy and the towels/sheets smell amazing. This is a perfect cabin for a quick solo getaway, like mine, as your nearest neighbors aren't too far away, but you still enjoy privacy. The cabin has blankets/pillows galore, good WiFi and a TV with streaming available to cuddle up and watch a show. If you want a sweet little cabin that's easy to get to, safe (there are cameras mounted and solar lights at night) and cozy, this is a great option!

Wonderful small cabin. Great view from the deck and very pleasant all day in the covered and screened patio. Access road is a little adventurous but well worth the effort. Shopping is close and easy in Franklin.
