Enjoy the comfort of our home with your family and friends. This 5-bedroom house features 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom and twin-size top. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs.
The Windmark community is a delightful coastal area celebrated for its stunning scenery and relaxed vibe. The community offers two pools and multiple beach access points to explore. You can enjoy a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Windmark Community Pool. A quick golf cart ride takes you to the Village Pool, playground, pizza spots, ice cream, bike rentals, The Mill, and a charming candy shop. All beach access is along Old Highway 98, a scenic route for pedestrians and golf carts only. Downtown Port St. Joe is only a 7-minute drive away for dining and boutique shopping, while Mexico Beach is just 5 minutes away. Cape San Blas is only 30 minutes from the community. Windmark is located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), with the Central Time Zone (CST) starting just beyond the Gulf County line. The PSJ area is full of wildlife including black bears, alligators in the ponds and a variety of birds like herons and egrets.
A 6-seater golf cart for cruising around the community and a screened-in porch with outdoor seating make this spot perfect for relaxation. It comes equipped with beach towels, chairs, a wagon, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after sandy outings, and a cornhole game for some outdoor fun. We had a wonderful time at Port Escape! It is a great layout and very spacious. It has everything you need. Loved all the decor too. We enjoyed the golf cart and paddle board. Great location! Rhonda was very responsive.
