• Self-check-in with smart lock
• You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Noise levels are monitored and quiet hours run 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. No parties/events
• No pets. We truly love animals, but this property is a pet-free home
• No smoking
• Parking: 4 off-street parking spaces in the driveway. No parking on the lawn. Water hydrant on street parking mustn't be blocked.
• Pool & backyard are guest-accessible; children must be supervised
• Doorbell camera for everyone’s safety
