Walkable to the Old Bazaar area. We had a family room, this was the reason for staying at the hotel.
1. The shower didn't have a proper separation to the rest of the bathroom resulting in a drained floor. (we had to build a dam with towels from preventing the whole bathroom floor to be soaked)
2. We had to hunt down somebody for 40 minutes to get extra toilet paper.
3. They called us at 23h30 on our last night (we were all sleeping) to ask if we were going to check out the next day, which was already indicated in their system.
4. Breakfast area has a layer of grease all over.
5. People put their trash in the lobby next to the bins, but staff didn't seem bothered to clean this up.
I would not go back to this hotel. I would choose a known chain up the street from this hotel.
