Overall, the apartment is nice and in a great location - close to the city centre (about a 25-30 minute walk away), but in a quiet area, few grocieres are nearby. The railway station is also 5-7 minute walk away, which makes it very easy to get to the airport. The high ceilings are another nice feature.
1. Very complicated check-in process.
The instructions we received were incomplete and did not include the internet link that was required to access the main gateway. We had to ask local people for help, but they also had no idea how to do it. Eventually, we contacted the property owner, who sent us the missing link, and only then were we able to complete the check-in.
2. The portable fan in the living room.
It is not wall-mounted, so it is quite noisy when running. You basically have to choose between sleeping with the constant noise of the fan or turning it off and sleeping in a hot room, which was particularly uncomfortable as we stayed there in August.
3. Incorrect information regarding private parking.
The listing states that private parking is available (I am attaching a screenshot), but in reality there is no private parking. You have to use public parking, which costs around €28 per day. Please take this into account when booking.
4. Waste sorting.
This is not a major issue, but there was only one rubbish bin, so there was no possibility of sorting waste. At other properties where we stayed in Italy, there were always three separate bins for waste sorting.

Ótima localização, bem próximo a estação de trem/metrô Cadorna.
Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, apto bem equipado na cozinha
Falta ar condicionado na sala, já que uma pessoa dorme no sofá cama.
Falta uma limpeza mais intensa no piso.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. L’appartamento è bello, spazioso, ben curato e in una posizione comodissima. Gli ambienti erano puliti, accoglienti e perfetti anche per una famiglia con bambini.
Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stata la professionalità e la disponibilità dell’host: durante il soggiorno si è verificato un problema tecnico alla finestra del bagno, ma sono intervenuti immediatamente inviando un tecnico e si sono dimostrati seri, presenti e attenti fino alla completa risoluzione della situazione. Un comportamento assolutamente corretto e non così scontato.
Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell’esperienza e ci sentiamo sicuramente di consigliare questo appartamento a chi desidera soggiornare in un ambiente confortevole con un’assistenza davvero attenta al cliente.
