We loved the location of this condo. There was a food truck on site and Sea and Suds was right beside it. This made it convenient to grab a drink or lunch. We also loved the large balcony and that both bedrooms had access to the balcony.
The dryer worked, but was making a bad sound. The tv in the den area did not work well, the screen would go out frequently. There was some candy on the floor in the bedroom with the bunk beds when we got there.

Location is great
Facilities are in disrepair, could use fresh paint throughout the property, inside and out. Icky on one of the condo's walls (inside). Very apparent the contracted cleaners are not doing a thorough job.
Missing pieces to run blender that we were planning on using. This was listed as available to use.
Light bulb out in stove hood making stove top cooking difficult when making anything. With no under cabinet lights it's very dark.
Light switch needed replaced in main bedroom. 2nd primary ceiling fan not working properly. I had specifically asked about this. I guess I should have asked if ALL the fans were in good working order.
An outlet in this bedroom didn't work. Weird, the bottom outlet worked but not the lower.
For the money I feel it's not an unreasonable expectation to have an ON-SITE manager to handle some of these relatively simple fixes. Instead you can only text/email and then I guess babysit your phone while trying to relax on vacation.
While the location was great, we were very disappointed due to the issues mentioned above.
Of course, since we have left and didn't sit around waiting for responses, the only resolution provided was a very unconcerned "sorry about that". Not even an offer for a little discount on a future stay. Apparently they don't care enough to ensure repeat patronage.
