The staff were very friendly. I really liked that there are water dispensers on each floor. The hotel is really modern. The hotel told us in advance that there is ongoing construction - still in free cancelation period.
The bathroom smells due to no fan, so after each shower it gets very damp and it's hard to ventilate. It's really surprising since the place was built recently. The whole neighborhood is construction site so when getting to beach it's not really nice walk. You always need grab to go to city center, because it's not really a walkable from there.
