A casa estava muito bem equipada, com eletrodomésticos em geral
Não gostei de ter que enviar fotos minhas aparecendo com meus documentos e cartão de credito, uma vez que ja havia feito o pagamento antecipado.
O portão de acesso ao condominio gerava filas e descontentamento a muitos hóspedes das casas, de tal maneira que muitos entravam pelo portão de saida, quando alguem saia do condominio.
O exaustor não podia ser usado porque está integrado ao microondas e o mesmo estava desligado, substituido por outro na bancada da cozinha.
Há necessidade de renovar as cadeiras da bancada da cozinha, que estão gastas pelo uso.

Customer Service was amazing and responsive to any question we had or any issue needing to be resolved
The house was just as we anticipated and the club house was great with the lazy river. Felt like home.
This was a very great price for having an entire home for our party of 8. Never an issue in waiting for bathrooms or shower since there were 4. Close to Gas Station, shopping, Walmart and Sam's Club, retaurants
AC went out in the middle of the night. We could have called the emergency line but felt it could wait to be repaired while we were away. Was fixed immediately next day
One Smoke Detector kept going off in one room and they did their best to fix but did not go off
Guard was absent to let Uber driver in on day going to airport and caused a delay until we could send the QR Code to him
Large microwave oven with Fan over cooktop did not work. We had to use smaller microwave on countertop.
Could not bring in our own bottled water to Pool area at clubhouse. It was extremely hot and we were forced to buy expensive bottled water
not nearly enough floating tubes at lazy river for all the guests there.
The house site advertises miniature golf at club house as it is included. EVERYTHING at clubhouse cost, so we didn't play
The waterslides were not working all week.

We had such an amazing stay! We booked this beautiful Florida home to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax, celebrate, and make some wonderful memories together.
The home was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded, and everything felt well cared for and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
One of our absolute FAVORITE parts was the resort, pool, and outdoor area! We spent so much time outside enjoying ourselves, and it really gave us that Florida vacation feeling we were hoping for. It was such a great space to celebrate a birthday and simply enjoy quality time together.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the home. It helped make our daughter's birthday trip extra special, and those are memories we’ll always cherish. We would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a beautiful, spacious, clean, and relaxing Florida getaway!

The location, the house accommodated all of us comfortably. Property was clean.
The Tv remotes didn’t work, the smoke alarm needed batteries in one room, and we had difficulty with the code for the door.
