Not as advertised, gross

It was filthy. Couch had stains all over. Pillows dirty. Dust everywhere. Shower not clean. The building wasn’t accessible like instructions at check in said. After looking for the lockbox in the spot the instructions said it would be for at lease 10min we contacted the owner and were told we had to ring random neighbors and wait for one to open the front door so we could enter. Then we could get to the lock box to enter the apartment. Again this was not what we were told in check in instructions. The owner was also extremely rude and only refunded us after leaving us waiting for hours and arguing with the company, booking(they were also zero help). We had to wait and walk around this random city with our kids waiting for a resolution. It never came. We had to book something else ourselves. Refund was after the trip.

Passable
