Completely unhappy with the property owner.

We liked the house and the location.

The linens on the beds hadn't been changed as evidenced by the many hairs and bits of dirt in the sheets and on the pillows. Worst of all, there were two LARGE BLOODSTAINS on the sheets of the king-size bed. The property owners had someone come the next day to change the sheets when we complained. The property owner also promised a discount on the price of the stay and then days later (when I called to find out what was the status of this 'discount') claimed that it would be handled by booking.com but could not provide me ANY assurance that anyone was aware of the issue: no claim number, no contact at booking.com, nothing.
