We arrived very late by car and Stefano was in brilliant communication throughout. He met us on the street, showed us the parking and then up to the apartment with all the facilities. This is in a very modern, secure apartment block with full concierge service, lifts and underground parking. It is on the 9th floor so the lift was a necessity. A big balcony, well covered so we were able to sit out even in torrential rain (and watch the lightening storm over the mountains in the distance).
Excellent kitchen facilities, comfy beds, air con. Supermarket near by and some restaurants near by (in the shopping mall. very good but still in a mall). Other restaurant options nearby.
Very easy to get right to the centre, a 20min walk into Duomo, the wonderful old no 19 tram goes very close by. other tram and bus options.
Very little not to like.
The bathroom is a bit cramped and you can easily get water all over the floor from the shower, best to sit down in it.
A very minor detail but washing up liquid, and a couple more dishwasher and washing machine tablets would be very helpful.

Posizione strategica in quartiere signorile, silenzioso e tranquillo; l'appartamento è raggiungibile con l'auto senza dover passare per la ZTL e con utile parcheggio interno al coperto. L'appartamento è ben servito dalla metro, con un solo cambio si arriva direttamente in piazza Duomo (linea colore viola e giallo). Dalla terrazza si vede lo skyline dei grattacieli della city life. L'impianto di aria condizionata è ben funzionante. L'appartamento è fornito di una cucina ben attrezzata.
Non ci sono stati aspetti negativi, unico aspetto migliorabile è lo standard del bagno che andrebbe ristrutturato e non è in linea con il resto dell'appartamento. Ma ci si può adattare alla meglio.

Appartamento meraviglioso in posizione strategica per chi lavora a City Life e comunque per raggiungere il centro della città e tutte le zone più belle di Milano.
Un terrazzo abitabile splendido.
Contesto di pregio, riservato e tranquillo.
Servizio di portineria per una massima sicurezza.
Il posto auto privato coperto un valore aggiunto assoluto.
Stefano, che mi ha atteso all’arrivo, molto disponibile e professionale durante tutto il mio soggiorno.
Davvero consigliatissimo!
Sciocchezze, solo piccoli dettagli.
Non ho trovato le cialde per la macchina del caffè di casa.
Una bottiglia d’acqua nel frigorifero sarebbe stata gradita.
