性价比高，体验很棒

位置非常方便，距离下板桥站走路只需要一两分钟，去池袋也就电车一站。房间里配备了3张单人床，对于我们同行的小伙伴来说居住非常舒适。房间干净整洁，设施也很齐全，有洗衣机、微波炉和简易厨房，真的太实用啦！

房间面积整体偏精巧，如果几个人同时打开大型行李箱的话空间会显得有点紧凑，不过在这个地段性价比已经很高了。

设施很全的独立小公寓，性价比可以，就是位置得挑人。

房间收拾得挺干净整洁的，住着很舒服自如。家电用品非常齐，独立小厨房、微波炉和洗衣机都有，想自己搞定简单早餐或者多住几天洗衣服特别省心。无线网速度也挺稳，中间有疑问联系工作人员，回复得都很快很贴心。

离下板桥站挺近，但如果是冲着池袋核心圈去逛街购物的话，得转一站车，稍微麻烦一点。整体比较推荐给看重性价比、喜欢独立空间，且对每天多走两步路不太介意的朋友们~

除了價格合理之外，找不太到什麼優點，如果想要順便練身體🏋️可以體驗看看😂

民宿距離離走路約6分鐘-動武東上線（下板橋）兩站可達（池袋），車站旁有超市、超商、藥妝店、松屋。生活機能還不錯

房間WiFi時常斷線（雖然反映後會處理）但太過頻繁還是感到困擾，房間內部非常狹小幾乎沒有空間可以整理行李，內部附上一個（玩具冰箱）小到離譜也沒有冷度！（必須要每天採買）雖然有附上洗衣機但也沒有曬衣的地方，最慘的是樓梯小到不行如果要要搬行李上2、3樓絕對是一大考驗（除了需要有強壯的肌肉之外還要避免刮傷牆壁）

位置非常方便，距离下板桥站走路只需要一两分钟，去池袋也就电车一站。房间里配备了3张单人床，对于我们同行的小伙伴来说居住非常舒适。房间干净整洁，设施也很齐全，有洗衣机、微波炉和简易厨房，真的太实用啦！
