Très bel appartement moderne très bien situé.Literie excellente. On peut tout visiter à pied depuis l'appartement en 15 à 20mn, et métros et tramways sont très proches
Les services de la conciergerie sont limites !! Le jeune homme n'est meme pas rentré dans l'appartement, demande de deuxième clé sans retour, aucune documentation, pas de savon, shampooing, huile, sel, 2 mugs pour 4 ou 6 personnes,pas de grille pain,3 capsules de café pour 4. Dans une des chambres, 2 lampes sans prise pres du lit avec seulement une table de chevet.Autre surprise: un après midi, la boîte à clé a été récupérée sans qu'on soit au courant. On a cru à un acte de malveillance alors que la conciergerie était allée l'accrocher dans la rue !!!

The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and it was in a great location.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our five-night stay. The apartment was not properly prepared with basic essentials. There was no hand soap, shampoo, shower gel or hand towels on arrival. At the end of the second day, only one dispenser was delivered, and we were told to use it for handwashing, shampoo and shower gel.
Despite the apartment accommodating up to six guests, only two dishwasher capsules and one laundry capsule were provided. The dishwashing liquid came in an old, cracked plastic water bottle with only a very small amount inside. There was also no cooking oil, and the salt was left in a ripped cardboard package.
More seriously, none of the three air-conditioning units worked properly during temperatures reaching 42°C. Two remotes had no batteries, so we had to use one remote for all three units. The apartment also had electricity limitations: using the air conditioning while cooking, or using the kettle and dishwasher together, caused the electricity to shut down. We were only informed of this at check-in.
The refrigerator also failed to cool properly during the first two days. When I raised concerns about our groceries spoiling, I was simply told not to worry. There was also very loud construction work every day, which had not been disclosed beforehand.
Finally, there was no microwave or coffee machine on arrival. These were only delivered after repeated requests, despite initially being told they could not be provided. Overall, the lack of communication, preparation and basic facilities made the stay very disappointing. While the host may not be required to provide every item mentioned, we have stayed in many Airbnb and Booking.com apartments where hosts generally provide far more to make guests comfortable.
