Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Everything about our stay was super easy - effective and professional communication with the owner, arrival and departure instructions were very clear, and this is a great location for hopping on the Rehobeth to Lewes bike trail, easy walk into both downtown Rehobeth and Dewey, and either a very short drive or doable walk/bike ride to the beach. The extra half bath and outside shower are a real plus for this unit.

We had a great stay at Spring Lake. The place was really clean and very cozy. Spring Lake is a great location to get around Rehoboth and Lewes. It’s quiet at night. The community is very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
