The property features a private pool, a dedicated barbecue area, and a spacious terrace with games, including ping pong and foosball, perfect for spending time with family and friends. It also has a projector with a giant screen, ideal for movie nights or other entertainment.
The Space:
Inside, you'll find comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, designed to make you feel right at home. The house also features a laundry area, providing added convenience during longer stays.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a prime location, just 5 minutes from Plaza de Guadalupe, 25 minutes from Plaza de Armas in Ica and 30 minutes from Huacachina, it combines privacy and easy access to the main attractions of the area.
The house is located within a small gated community, consisting of four completely independent houses, separated by hedges, which guarantees a safe, quiet and private environment.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival are refundable. Cancellations made outside of this period are non-refundable.

Parties and events are not permitted on the property. Small gatherings with moderate music are allowed, provided neighbors and guests of adjacent properties are respected. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time noise levels must be kept low.
