• Please keep noise and music low at all times.
• Parties, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise may result in fees or eviction without refund.

• Pets must be declared at booking.
• $99 to149 flat fee per pet based on the unit you book
• Pets must be leashed, well behaved, and not left unattended for long periods.
• Please clean up after your pet.
• Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 non-compliance fee.

• No smoking inside any building.
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-week stay at Calyx Creek on the lavender farm in Oxford, Iowa. The setting was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The suite itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a long stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive.We especially loved the quiet atmosphere, gorgeous sunsets, and the chance to slow down and enjoy the countryside. It was the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. We left feeling refreshed and would gladly return again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Iowa!
