Not as advertised – very disappointing stay

Locatie was goed

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised when we booked. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was around 35°C outside, but the apartment remained around 30°C because the air conditioning barely cooled the apartment. We were constantly sweating and had great difficulty sleeping. We contacted the accommodation provider, but were simply told to be patient. Even our request for a basic fan was refused. The apartment was also advertised as having a TV on both Booking.com and Airbnb. This was important to us, and we even specifically confirmed this with the accommodation provider before booking. Upon arrival, there was no TV. We were later told that it had been removed because it did not look nice in the apartment. This is not acceptable when the property is advertised as having a TV. There were also problems with the check-in and check-out arrangements. We were supposed to check in at 3:00 PM but could only enter after 4:15 PM due to an issue with the previous guest. We were therefore offered a late check-out until 6:00 PM as compensation. However, we later received a request to check out at 10:00 AM instead. Overall, several important things we booked and paid for were either unavailable or not as agreed. We only stayed for three days, and unfortunately the problems with the apartment had a significant impact on our holiday. I would not book this accommodation again and would recommend that future guests carefully check whether the advertised facilities are actually available.

Beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Milan

This apartment is decorated with the most beautiful style and makes you feel very at home at the same time. The bed is extremely comfortable and all the amenities you could need are there. The property is in a perfect location to go anywhere you need in Milan. Very easy to get to from the airport as well. The hosts are always there to answer any questions you have. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment is decorated with the most beautiful style and makes you feel very at home at the same time. The bed is extremely comfortable and all the amenities you could need are there. The property is in a perfect location to go anywhere you need in Milan. Very easy to get to from the airport as well. The hosts are always there to answer any questions you have. We would definitely recommend staying here.
