The location was fantastic and the room was clean. The luggage storage was very helpful.

I couldn’t get into my room as I didn’t receive any code for the door and when I asked the lady who was there to help/security, she said that I needed to find the code. After I tried to make contact via Booking.com, she eventually called someone and obtained the code so I could finally enter my room. This wasted time and was very stressful as I had a meeting to rush to. I didn’t love that the duvet was not covered but had a sheet under and a sheet on top so that when I woke up in the morning, the duvet was exposed and touching me. This is not hygienic for a place with many different people using the bedding and really put me off. Other than these easily remediable aspects, I highly recommend the accommodation.

It’s the best in Milan. Very clean, safe, new, and everything is included. There was a separate coworking space as well. I’d say it’s definitely 10/10, and the price isn’t too high either.

There was one water for two person. Anything else perfetto

The room was very comfortable, modern and stylish. I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and coffee, as well as the free coffee capsules provided in the room. The bed was very comfortable and came with two pillows, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning and climate control worked perfectly. The location is also excellent, very close to the metro and several supermarkets.

When we arrived at the room, we wanted to take a quick shower and use the hairdryer. Suddenly, the power went out. Since there was no reception at the property, we contacted them by phone and explained the problem. The person we spoke to told us that they would send us a video and that we could fix the problem ourselves. The video instructed us to go two floors below the ground floor, into what can only be described as a terrible storage/basement area. It was extremely dark, unpleasant and honestly quite frightening. None of the signs or markings shown in the video were actually there, so the video was clearly outdated. After spending a long time trying to solve the problem ourselves without success, we went back to the room and called the property again. The person we spoke to was still offering to send more photos and videos instead of actually sending someone to help us. We had to explain very clearly that we were on holiday, that we had already been without electricity for more than an hour, and that fixing the property’s electrical problem was not our responsibility. Only then did they finally agree to send someone. After waiting approximately another 30 minutes, the electricity was finally restored. Of course, after this experience, we did not dare to use the hairdryer again because we did not want to risk having the same problem. In addition, the towels were not properly clean and we found hairs on them. The only compensation offered by the property was allowing us to extend our check-out time by a few hours. We also tried calling Booking.com to ask for assistance. Do not assume that you will necessarily receive meaningful help by phone from Booking.com. Despite being a top-tier member, I was unable to get the support I expected. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant accommodation experience
