Easy check in arrangements. Well designed three bedroom appartment in a beautiful location with an excellent large swimming pool within a picturescue garden. Others live at this site, but they did not disturb our holiday. The location itself is very nice, but the car is absolute must - while the road in front of the appartment, it is not busy and we were not disturbed by road noise; however, there are no pavements so walking along this road does not feel comfortable.
Not enough cutlery / crockery/ glasses. No wine or beer glasses - not a single one. No barbecue.

Appartamento molto ampio, confortevole e ben organizzato, ideale anche per famiglie o gruppi. Le tre camere da letto sono spaziose e una dispone anche di una comoda cabina armadio. Molto apprezzati i due bagni, la cucina e il salone con accesso allo spazio esterno. La piscina condivisa è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, così come il posto auto. La struttura è immersa nel verde, in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante.
Essendo una struttura immersa nel verde, è inevitabile incontrare qualche insetto. È un aspetto da mettere in conto se si sceglie una sistemazione di questo tipo, più che un vero difetto.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house nestled in the Tuscan hills. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. It has three spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning, which made it very comfortable even on hot days. We especially enjoyed having our own private terrace to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
The property is home to the family who owns it, and there are a couple of other (booking) apartments on-site, but it still feels peaceful and private. The family is incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. For longer stays, they even let guests use their washing machine, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany.
Something to keep in mind: Like in many parts of Tuscany, there are quite a few mosquitoes, especially from late afternoon onwards, although some are around during the day as well. If you’re prone to mosquito bites, it’s a good idea to bring and use mosquito repellent. A little spray goes a long way and can save you a lot of discomfort during your stay.
