The apartment was well-situated between Pearl district and downtown. The apartment was clean, AC working well and bed was very comfortable. People were very friendly and helpful.
The hallway carpets were very stained with dog poop and urine and it smelled bad - suggestion to replace carpet with tile

Perfect location, a 20 min walk to downtown and 10-15 to pearl with direct Riverwalk access. Free parking, good amenities in the building and a comfortable and clean apartment. Well equipped for cooking, good shower pressure, comfortable bed. Cold AC and ceiling fans, large closet with hangers, plenty of storage for a few nights.
Not all doors in the building worked with the key fob, was a little noisy on a weekend evening from the adjacent bar/food truck park

La limpieza. El lugar esta super sucio al grado de enfermarte. Los perros hacen sus necesidades y nadie las limpia así como los pasillos y las alfombras. El departamento en sí no estaba mal pero afuera realmente es un muladar.
