It’s very clean and comfortable
Large kitchen living area and bedroom
Bathroom is a good size
Also has a washing machine
It’s a very secure apartment with a few stairs only at entry
No where to hang clothes after washing
Not enough towels for a longer stay we stayed 6 nights

Great location, and the apartment is clearly brand new and freshly renovated. It was very easy to locate the keys, and the hosts were very responsive. Great, strong AC (very appreciated in hot Milan summers) with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom.
No notes! Great value for money.

Apartamento reformado y limpio
El apartamento está ubicado en el bajo de un edificio que a demás está de reformas en el portal. Está reformado, pero para mí le faltan detalles de comodidad.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación, imprescindible para dormir, hace un ruido impresionante, ni con tapones.
Colchones y almohadas del Ikea.... Qué si vas a estar pocos días puedes estar bien, pero nosotros estuvimos 8 d
noches y se nos hizo al final incómodo
Tiene un pequeño sofá cama en el salón, que no sé cómo será de cómodo para dormir, pero como sofá incomodísimo.

Довольно большие аппартаменты, светлые, не очень уютные, все минимально. Расположены в хорошем месте, безопасный район, относительно недалеко от центра для тех кто пешком любит ходить, до дуомо минут 30-35. Ветер зеленая метро рядом, но ехать до центра тоже минут 25-30. Хорошие кондиционеры. В непосредственной близости отличные кафе и рестораны.
1. Сломалась ручка при заселении предыдущими гостями, предупредили сообщением только при заселении, возилась с дверью полчаса.
2. Есть машинка, стирального порошка (капсул) нет, даже платных
3. Есть гладильная доска, нет утюга (вот это конечно самый большой минус);
4. В последние день дня сломался вайфай, предупредить некого ибо собственник на связи. 7 до 17.
Самое плохое это организация и общение. Гостями, именно несмотря на то, что сами аппартаменты неплохие, точно сюда не вернусь.

1. The situation with the doorknob made the check-in uncomfortable, your message did not help, the door did not open, I had to resort to the help of other people. I was also very worried that I might break the door. I knew all this for about 1.5 hours and made it impossible for a normal dinner on the day of arrival. So I can safely criticize your work.
2. I was looking for washing powder as well as coffee capsules everywhere, they were nowhere to be found. It seems logical to me to post them so that the guests can see them and not to arrange an exciting quest out of it.
3. on the last day of my stay the Internet disappeared, it happened at 20-00, the owner wrote that after 17 he was not in touch. Who did you suggest to contact at this moment? This is the objective assessment and reflected in the review. So, I'm sorry, but take criticism constructively and work on improving conditions.
