Quiet neighbourhood. Bus across the road, shops nearby, good communication with owner.
Older style apartment but plenty of room including two bathrooms. Small garden.
Garden needed tending. Apartment was clean but smaller bathroom had some mould issues.

The owner visited us on time at the door, and gave us a tour of the property and the neighbourhood! super cordial!
The house it beautiful, not furnished for travelers but gives you the vibes of a relative's house, a proper lived-in house.
beutiful furniture, availibilty of all you would need for your stay in Florence and pretty kind owners.
Probably not super comfortable for someone who wants to be very close to the city center, but for travelers like us moving round by car it was in ideal position.
