Unreliable host - is not able to handle bookings

The host seemed to have a double booking. We arrived in the evening and were not able to check in. We did not get a contact to the host. We had to find another place to stay.

Sieht auf den Fotos besser aus.

Meine Frau meinte, sie hätte in dieser Unterkunft am besten geschlafen. Für die Zeit der Mitternachtssonne gut geeignet, weil man die Zimmer gut abdunkeln kann.

Es gab nur ein kleines Waschecken im Bad und eins in der Küche. Der Geschirrspüler ging nicht richtig auf, da direkt gegenüber der Herd stand. Die Schlüsselübergabe (Code) erfolgte erst nach Anfrage, obwohl wir vorher Bescheid gegeben hatten, wann wir da sein werden. Es gab euch keine Möglichkeit eher rein zu gehen, obwohl die Dame von der Reinigung schon fertig war. Ordentlich gereinigt wurde auch nicht, wir haben noch ein halbes Kartenspiel hinter dem Sofa gefunden. Ich fand die Betten sehr weich. Keine Busse in direkter Nähe und die Gasse ist ein ziemliches Loch

Är så klart jättebesviken på hanteringen av detta både från uthyraren och Booking

Vi bodde aldrig eftersom rummet var ostädat när vi kom.

Jag fick inte svar på mina frågor i chatten eller koden till dörren innan ankomst. Fick vänta ca 45 minuter på koden och när vi kom in var lägenheten ostädad. Efter kontakt med uthyraren som bad om ursäkt för städningen skulle jag få allting återbetalt. Jag kontaktade också Booking men de kunde endast återbetala 101 kr. Jag har inte fått några pengar tillbaka så jag står med dubbla kostnader för dessa två nätter i Bergen.

Veldig sentralt og hyggelig pris. Ingen parkeringsplass med stor parkeringsgarasje med hyggelige priser 200 meter unna. Rentog pent.

Noe trangt kjøkken, ikke mulig å få oppvaskmaskindøren helt opp. Seperat toalett uten vask.
