Приветливость персонала, готовность помочь, улыбки. Отель находится практически у реки Модяговки, поэтому близок и Новый город, и район Модягоу, очень удобно. Гостиница новая и по-современному обустроена.
При всё разнообразии меню, на завтрак не все блюда достаточно разогреты, есть над чем поработать. Попросил повара приготовить мне яичницу, а он просто с полки достал два холодных яйца, зажаренных несколько часов назад.
