Very accommodating and friendly host. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for four people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our stay.
The entrance to the parking garage is quite narrow, so getting in takes a little care, especially with a larger car. It definitely teaches you how to thread a needle! 😄 Other than that, everything was great.

Fabrizio was very welcoming and communicative, (especially after our delays at flights and passport control rendered us well over the booking in time).
Very Clean and spacious.
Easy walking distance to city centre.
Coffee and Towels supplied
Secure
Transparent bathroom door.
No cover on keyhole of other apartment door (we had to hang a cap on the door handle, so they couldn't see straight into our bathroom through it).
Could have done with iron and ironing board.
