Very good place to stay for longer stay, especially if you don't like crowded and noisy places.

For the family with a toddler, it was very good. We wanted a quiet area and a nice place. We were using local transportation (bus) and walking. Very close to the bus stop, shop (Pam), and pizzerias.

We didn't have a way to bin our mixed trash. The bins were locked, and you needed to have a special card to open it. The rest bins were available (for recycled stuff). Aircon worked perfect but we had issues with turning it on, sometimes I fought it has it's own mind, but after a while we got used to it.

Ho scelto questa struttura perché mia madre doveva sottoporsi a un intervento presso Villa Erbosa. La posizione è davvero ottima: la clinica si raggiunge comodamente in circa dieci minuti a piedi. Al mio arrivo ho trovato un appartamento appena ristrutturato, molto bello, pulito e rifinito con cura in ogni dettaglio. Ho apprezzato anche il pensiero della proprietaria, che ha lasciato dei dolcini e un messaggio di benvenuto: un gesto davvero gentile. Purtroppo, però, la mia esperienza è stata compromessa dall'assistenza ricevuta. Fin dal primo pomeriggio del giorno di arrivo ho riscontrato un problema con il condizionatore: il telecomando era rotto e l'impianto non era utilizzabile. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema tramite la chat che mi aveva contattato per il check-in e il check-out, ma durante tutto il soggiorno, dal 21 luglio al 6 agosto, non ho mai ricevuto un intervento risolutivo. Ho sollecitato più volte la situazione, senza ottenere alcuna assistenza. Un'altra nota negativa riguarda la tassa di soggiorno. Al momento dell'arrivo, dopo aver saputo che il mio soggiorno era legato a motivi di salute, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto pagarla e che mi sarebbe stata successivamente rimborsata. Dopo la partenza ho inviato più volte tutta la documentazione richiesta per ottenere il rimborso, ma a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto né il rimborso né un riscontro. All'arrivo sono stata accolta da una signora che pensavo fosse la proprietaria. Successivamente ho capito che la gestione è affidata a un'agenzia. Il mio consiglio alla proprietaria è quello di seguire personalmente la gestione degli appartamenti oppure di affidarsi a un'agenzia più attenta, perché l'assistenza ricevuta non è stata all'altezza della qualità dell'immobile. È davvero un peccato, perché l'appartamento merita e la posizione è eccellente.

For the family with a toddler, it was very good. We wanted a quiet area and a nice place. We were using local transportation (bus) and walking. Very close to the bus stop, shop (Pam), and pizzerias.

We didn't have a way to bin our mixed trash. The bins were locked, and you needed to have a special card to open it. The rest bins were available (for recycled stuff). Aircon worked perfect but we had issues with turning it on, sometimes I fought it has it's own mind, but after a while we got used to it.
