Excellently located apartment with great local amenities

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is located centrally with easy access to the train station, river cruises and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was comfortably sized for a family of 4 and despite being central, was still quiet too. I’d happily stay here again.

It is up several flights of stairs so for those who aren’t as mobile, it may not be as easy. This was not an issue for us however.

Nice sister in great location but not value for the money.

We asked for paper towels for the kitchen and were denied. For the rate we paid management could have supplied a roll of paper towels.

Central location and well equipped apartment.

Central location close to train station, all shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes walk from Lake Lucerne and Chapel Bridge. Apartment is light and well equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beds super comfy.

Only 2 windows out of 5 would open which was unfortunate as it’s hot (they did provide fans) and we wanted some fresh air! Also could have been a safety concern in an emergency! No lift and 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage although we appreciated the cleaner helping us on arrival.
