Parking -All parking at the entrance the need to use the back parking -shower very small and closing half window feel uncomfortable n not meet building standards

The facilities are new and very nice.
Staff was not available after we checked in. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, only one cup and one glass, and no coffee. Breakfast was unorganized with NO coffee at all--only Ricoffy. Staff appeared after 10 minutes of our rummaging for plates and cutlery. Choices was either 'full English' or yogurt and toast.
