The well cared garden and the beautiful swimming pool (set in earth, 8x6m, deep: 1.00-1.70m, trapezoidal form) will invite you to relax and to enjoy the Mediterranean life-style. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque for your dining al fresco. Parking within the grounds. The owner speaks English and lives in the house opposite the holiday home (roughly 15m)The location is also very convenient to several day trip possibilities:the Pinocchio park and the hilltop village of Collodi are within small driving distance, the art towns Lucca, Pisa and Florence are for sure a visit worth. Or maybe you want to test your handicap on the golf court of Montecatini? Or even take a horseback ride in a local riding school?Within a few steps access to the house: Living-dining room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dining table, fire-place, living-room with upholstered furniture, couch, Sat TV, stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom with 1 fold-out bed, 1 double bedroom.
