Gorgeous location and great value. Customer service and staff is great. We booked a certain room and they put us in the wrong room. 2 days later they let us switch thankfully.
It wasn’t very clean. The bedspreads were grungy and towels and rags were tattered with holes. Cleaning doesn’t seem to be a top priority.

Very close to Bourbon, Royal and French market. Excellent location.
Worth every penny and definitely would stay there again.

Everything. The location, the staff, the quirky decor & of course, the cats. The staff encourage you to treat it as if you are a guest in a private home.
The wifi did not work in our room ( but was fine downstairs )
