The apartment was clean and the location was excellent, right in the city centre. Communication with the owner was very good and quick, and they were helpful when we had an unexpected issue during our stay.
The central location also meant quite a lot of noise from traffic, people and a nearby venue open until 4 a.m. Earplugs are recommended if you are sensitive to noise. The biggest issue was the very narrow beds (around 140 cm), which were not comfortable for two adults, and this was not mentioned in the listing. The pillows were also quite small. There were no hand towels or bath mats in the bathroom, no coffee machine, and the guest room would benefit from curtains for more privacy from the busy street and nearby office building.
We also had an issue with the fire alarm during the night due to an incident in the apartment above. The alarm went off throughout the entire building, and we had to make some effort to turn it off, with the owner’s help, as nobody was available in the hair salon downstairs.

Appartamento graziosissimo e con una posizione eccezionale
Solo 4 asciugameni grandi per 4 persone per 4 giorni... almeno i classici 3 a testa divrrbbero essere compresi, visto anche il prezzo.
Il forno era sporco.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bergen.
L'entrée se fait facilement grâce aux instructions laissées (même si on doit tester toutes les portes pour savoir laquelle est la bonne).
En revanche, l'appartement est prévu pour 5 mais il manque une chaise pour s'asseoir autour de la table.
Le canapé lit impossible à déplier tellement c'était sale dessous et des déchets étaient encore présents. Manque une cafetière.
Au vu du prix payé, un effort pourrait être fait.
