The location and the space. Access to the skywalk was excellent. It looked very clean. The Titanic display was cool.
I didn’t like being asked in the cleaning list to strip the bed and carry out the trash. Only one elevator works even though it looks like there is multiple. There was no soap in the handwashing soap bottle. The parking garage entrance is tiny and the spaces are confusing. There was a Keurig, but no pods. Sound from the street really carried.

Excellent location, and the renter was very communicative and helpful.
The unit was comfortable, but the air in the unit was somewhat stale. Also, the towels were almost all damp/wet when we arrived, even though they were folded for use on the beds. Small things, but thought I’d mention.
