The apartment is very close to Stradun (main street) and yet super quiet. The windows are not sound proof but that is not a problem because the neighborhood is in a calmer part of the old town. Almost everything you need is provided, but note that the kitchenette has no microwave oven.
There is easy access to restaurants, stores and attractions. It is closer to Pile Gate but we prefer to always go by Ploce gate as there is less crowds.
Miss Nina is kind and very responsive to messages. The directions given to us for self checkin were very clear; we did not have issues finding the flat. Due to an unavoidable incident on our part, she kindly gave us our requested 30 mins extra after the normal checkout time of 10am.

Nos dieron la última planta, habitación en el palomar, como una buhardilla, poco cómoda por la altura de los techos, si van ,pidan la primera o segunda planta, además escalones estrechos y muy altos, sin ascensor

It was clean and in a great location.
Directions to the property could have been more clear. Maybe provide a basic map, and pictures, and note that street names are on buildings. Also, fix front entry lock.

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik and this apartment was a big part of why. It's cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and clearly well looked after.
The location is excellent. We could walk to the Old Town easily, with cafés, restaurants, and a market close by, but the street itself stayed quiet to actually sleep well at night.
Our host deserves a special mention. Communication was quick and friendly from the first message, check-in was smooth and flexible.
Highly recommended, and we'd stay here again without hesitation.
