Community Pool

Guests also have access to the Eagle Springs community pool during the summer season. The pool is approximately 1 minute from the cabin and is a great place to cool off, let the kids splash, or relax between adventures.

Please note: the community pool is seasonal, open during the summer only, and closes after Labor Day. A pool pass is required for entry.

By confirming your booking, you agree to follow the rental terms and house rules listed below.

Pet Policy

A $165 non-refundable pet fee applies.

Maximum of 2 dogs.

Please bring your dog’s bedding and a crate. Dogs are not permitted on couches, blankets, or beds and must be crated whenever they are left alone in the cabin.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, scratches, excessive cleaning, or damage to furniture, linens, doors, or other property.

The pet fee is collected separately after the booking is confirmed.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

We need the 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM window to allow our cleaning and maintenance team enough time to prepare the cabin for the next guests.

This cabin is privately owned and managed. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and assume the risks associated with use of the property.
Guests are responsible for damage to the cabin or its contents, including furniture, TVs, hot tub, beds, linens, towels, appliances, and other items. If you accidentally damage something, please notify us immediately.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabin. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. A $500 fee may be charged for smoking or vaping inside the property.
No parties or events are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children.
The cabin is stocked with starter supplies for your arrival. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional paper products, toiletries, trash bags, detergent, or other supplies.
Please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste into any sink, toilet, or drain.
Keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running. This helps the system operate properly and also helps keep insects and wildlife outside.
Please supervise children at all times, especially around stairs, decks, the hot tub, and outdoor areas.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related conditions, road conditions, power outages, internet outages, or other circumstances outside the owner’s control.
No refunds will be issued for long-term reservations unless otherwise required by the booking platform or applicable law.
If anything is damaged or not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

HOT TUB RULES

• Please shower or rinse off before entering the hot tub.
• No food or glass in or around the hot tub.
• Do not add soap, oils, lotions, bath bombs, bubble bath, or other products to the water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please replace and secure the hot tub cover after each use.
• Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover.
• Do not turn off the hot tub power or breaker.
• Please let us know if you notice low water, an error message, or anything unusual.

BEARS & WILDLIFE

You are staying in the Smoky Mountains, and wildlife may be present in the area.

Do not feed or approach bears or other wildlife.

Do not leave food, coolers, pet food, or trash outside the cabin.

Do not leave food inside your vehicle. Bears may damage vehicles while attempting to reach food, and the owners are not responsible for wildlife-related vehicle damage.

Please use the bear-resistant outdoor trash cans and keep them secured.

If the outside trash cans become full, guests are responsible for taking extra bagged trash to the nearby trash disposal location:

COMMUNITY POOL

The Eagle Springs community pool is a seasonal amenity and is open during the summer only.

The pool closes after Labor Day.

A pool pass is required for entry.

The pool is located in the Eagle Springs Resort pool/clubhouse area at the intersection of Wedge Tailed Ln and Eagle Springs.

Pool hours and availability may vary depending on weather, maintenance, and the season.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE

Please note that this cabin is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

There is a steep driveway, several steps to enter the cabin, and stairs inside the property.

The cabin is not wheelchair or walker accessible.

UPON CHECK-OUT

To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guests, please complete the following before you leave:

Please empty the refrigerator completely.
Please place all bagged trash in the outside bear-resistant trash cans.
Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run a cycle. Dishwasher detergent is provided.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Please be fully checked out by 10:00 AM. Our cleaning team may arrive shortly after 10:00 AM.
Leave the main thermostat at 75°F A/C during summer and fall.
During winter, leave the heat set to 68°F.
Please return all Roku remotes and TV remotes to their original locations.
Please sign out of your personal streaming services before departure.
