A complimentary starter kit is provided for your arrival (toilet paper, hand soap, paper

towels, dishwasher/laundry pods, trash bag). Additional supplies are the guest’s

responsibility.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Guests may use the in-unit washer and dryer during

their stay.



A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request at no additional cost.

Trash chute is located on the same floor near the elevator.



House Rules

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old

• No smoking or vaping inside the condo

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Towels & Linens: Excessive stains (makeup, oils, self-tanner, hair dye, etc.) or damage may result in a replacement fee: $10 per bath towel or bed linen and $5 per hand towel or washcloth.



Unauthorized gatherings, smoking, or excessive noise may result in additional fees or

removal without refund.
