THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS YOURS
Book once and the entire estate belongs to your group — both units, the garden, the pool, the spa and the patio. Nothing is shared with anyone. Three queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms sleep six comfortably on a quiet residential street in Fort Lauderdale, ten minutes from Las Olas, the beach and the airport.

THE MAIN UNIT
Two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and a living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed. A full kitchen with a dedicated coffee station, and a desk with a monitor for anyone who needs to work. The unit opens onto the patio, where one of the two BBQ grills sits.

THE POOL HOUSE
A third queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a second living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a complete kitchen — the reason this property works better than a single house. You can make lunch, mix drinks and eat by the pool without walking through the main house wet. It includes a poolside bar with a mini fridge, an ice maker and a blender, plastic and acrylic drinkware for outdoor use, and the laundry room.

OUTSIDE
A swimming pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, two BBQ grills, an outdoor dining set, and a garden of mature palms that keeps the whole yard private. Beach towels are provided.

GAME ROOM
A card table for poker or board games, a foosball table, and a treadmill with a smart screen.

FAMILIES
Children and infants are welcome. A crib, a travel crib, a high chair, a baby bath, children's dinnerware and pool toys are available on request at no charge. Under Fort Lauderdale rules, children under 13 do not count toward the six-guest limit, so a family travels with more room here than the headline number suggests.

OPTIONAL HEATED POOL AND SPA
The pool and spa sit at ambient temperature. Heating either one is an optional paid service, not included in the nightly rate.

Spa: $50 per day. Ask at least three hours ahead — that is how long it can take to come up to temperature in winter. You can book it for single days.

Pool: $50 per day, asked for at least 48 hours ahead. The pool takes about two days to reach 85°F, so once it is switched on it stays on from that day through the end of your stay. Switching it off and reheating it simply does not work on a short stay.

Neither service runs when the outside temperature drops to 50°F or below. Both are requested by message and paid through Vrbo — nothing is collected in person.

GETTING AROUND
Free gated parking for two cars behind the automatic gate. Ten minutes by car to Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale beach and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport; a supermarket and a laundromat are within a few minutes. A car is the easiest way to get around, though rideshares are everywhere.

GOOD TO KNOW
Self check-in with a keypad. City noise limits at the property line are 60 dBA from 7 AM to 10 PM and 50 dBA from 10 PM to 7 AM; as a house rule we ask that the yard stay quiet until 8 AM. Parties are not permitted. The property is entirely smoke-free. No glass in the pool area. Exterior security cameras and a noise monitor are in use outdoors only; there are none inside. All guest vehicles must be parked inside the gate. Minimum stay is three nights.
