Location of the property was excellent, walking distance to Pacific Fair Shopping mall, the beach and endless restaurants.
The Tram & bus depo is within a one-minute walk. For $1.50 you get an all-day ticket for all Trams and busses on the gold coast, it's amazing, and trams run every 7.5 mins.
The bed and pillows were well under par, ended up with very sore back every day after 2 nights of sleeping on it, so by the fourth night i was very glad to be leaving,

We had a really nice time staying here. The apartment was comfortable, and we liked its location and how close it was to nearby attractions and places we wanted to visit.
The main issue was collecting the keys. We expected to collect them at the apartment, but the collection location was actually a shopping centre about 10–15 minutes away. It would have been more convenient if this had been made clearer before our arrival.

Situated in a prime location near a major shopping center, tram, and bus lines, this property offers a quieter, more family-oriented atmosphere than Surfers Paradise. On-site facilities are great and seamless communication with a highly responsive host.
1. WIFI isn't reliable
2. A little outdated

The location and when we mentioned the issues they were dealt with promptly.
The pillow was dirty. The fire alarms had been tampered with.
