The property was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Every bedroom had its own air conditioning as well as one in the lounge. It was a bonus to have 2.5 bathrooms.
This property uses a management service that we found to be barely responsive. I repeatedly sent them queries through Booking.com and they were very late or didn’t respond. When they did send a message via Booking, it was a form letter with links missing. I repeatedly asked them to send emails to a specific address which they did not do and continued to send them to original email. This was extremely frustrating. There is no parking in Old Town and we asked for recommendations for parking which the management company would not provide. Also, please note that during high season, Dubrovnik has a permitted entry system for cars in the surrounding areas outside of Old Town. If you enter without a permit, the fee is very high. It would have been nice if the management company had told us about that when they told us that they could not recommend any parking.
