The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the needs of their guests. Providing both excellent facilities and accompanying comforts such as beer, wine and nibbles etc. instructions on the facilities were clear, precise and helpful as were dining suggestions. It was easy to access the property with no keys required.
Pretty trivial it seems but only two mugs, no toaster and no egg flip or the small table ironing board. WiFi was slow at night but these didn’t detract at all the overall experience.

A stunning apartment. Spacious, clean and modern with everything you’d need. Lots of little extras thrown in too such as snacks, wine and cold drinks. Location a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Bologna. Communication with host excellent. Access via lift and security codes was super easy. Supermarket next door. Would definitely stay at B Twins again when next in Bologna.

Easy check in process and helpful hosts.
High end finish to a lovely apartment in a perfect location.
Our visit coincided with a heat wave - the air conditioning was vital - I haven’t slept better!
Location was 5-10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and 2-3 minutes from a great street with 20+ bars and restaurants.
Communication with the hosts was perfect who made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our visit. Grazie!
The apartment is about a 20 minutes walk walk to Stazione Centrale - we used it to visit Modena, Parma and Ferrara.
